to really understand lds gospel and doctrines, you must understand what we call -
"the plan of Salvation" - or eternal progression -
We did not begin our life at birth and we will not end it at death!
There is only One Plan of Salvation and it must be the same as the "one" and Only one offered by Jesus Christ, and his servants to be effective, every thing else is a False Salvation -
[ this all can be tested and proven - ]
ei. an example of false salvation is the common -- "Saved by Grace" - before grace can come, you must be obedient to the truth, meaning, you must not only have faith in Christ but be repentant, and be baptized by an "authorized" servant of God, with real priesthood authority, now we all have the grace of the atonement, which none of us earned - but most other blessings of God are by obedience to laws - he has already established, around faith, repentance, baptism, and gift of holy ghost, [ there are many others ]
All true priesthood will go back to Jesus Christ or the Father - this is called a line of authority, today it goes back to Christ and his apostles!
[ All male members should have this line of authority, if they are active and have the priesthood! No Valiant and faithful member would want less than this priesthood authority!]
There is only one church on earth, that has that authority, and it is the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints, yes - also called the Mormon Church!
Remember Satan says, let's do it another way, an easy way, with out repentance, baptism, and real priesthood authority, let's just profess with our lips, and say I accept Christ as my Lord and Savior, - that's all that matters -
If that's the case, than why was Christ baptized by John - and it was not for repentance, -- Christ never sinned, -- It's all in the details -- get into the details of the truth and get on your knees and ask God if what
I'm saying is true -
YOU MUST KNOW AND LIVE TO TRUTH, TO BE REALLY BE SAVED, NOTHING ELSE WILL DO OR BE VALID!!!
You see - if you miss the Gate, or the Gate keepers, you can't get on the straight and narrow path of Christ's example, and life - you get on one of the 100s if not 1000s of strange paths offered by any one else, except Christ and his TRUE servants!
Make sure this doesn't happen to you, come into the Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints - we are listed in the yellow pages under churches - by that name, "Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints"!
Look us up, and talk with a solid active member or with an lds (mormon) missionary!
Remember - there is no other real salvation offered, except by this church and his servants - get into the details and get answers from us and God!
Now back to the atonement -
In All creation, there is nothing so important and or as powerful as the atonement of Jesus Christ or
[JEHOVAH ] - these two names are used for the same being - one before an earthly birth and one for the man in the flesh!!!Jesus Christ our redeem, came to - save US, through the his atonement and redeeming blood. Modern prophets, apostles and scriptures tell us a great more about this all important event - which is key to EVERY ones salvation - with out it, all other things would not be important - If you have started with the bible - you must learn that there is much more to scriptures than just the bible!
( Like modern prophets, scriptures and full gifts of restored kingdom )
Before this earth and every thing in it was created Christ or Jehovah was chosen to be our only savior and redeemer -- It is written - besides me there is NO savior! [ Isa. 43: 11 ] (D&C 76: 1). Mine Only Begotten is the Savior, Moses 1: 6.
Once you really begin to understand the atonement many of the questions you will have will be answered, so let's begin with atonement.
What it means to be redeemed, saved, or exalted - etc -
I will be using quotes from modern apostles, scriptures and conferences - of course these things are not in the bible, but with out this added revelation and increased use of the spirit -- much of what is in the bible will me miss understood and lost, because of a lack of inspiration needed to understand what is in the written word -
