Begin Forming Your Enlightened Millionaire Team
The majority of our body is composed of water; without water, our bodies would shrivel up like raisins. Just like the body is composed of water, the mind is composed of ideas. If our minds do not drink of new ideas, like our body does water, they too will shrivel and age, die even. It is possible to have a mind that is dead and a body that lives on.

Enlightened Millionaires understand that one of the key combination sequences in breaking the Millionaire Code is to surround yourself with people who think independent thoughts, who have independent skill sets, talents and experiences that can offset the weaknesses inherently possess.

When you surround yourself with people who catch your vision and want to become Enlightened Millionaires too, you will find yourself helping out on projects and participating in brainstorm sessions that take you way outside your comfort zone of experience and open you up to new possibilities and ways of thinking.

According to research discussed in the book The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell, individual human beings are only capable of maintaining 150 social connections successfully. Most of us can only handle about 20 or 30 before our priorities start collapsing.

It is when these priorities start collapsing in on each other where we must make a conscious choice to say no to the things which are unimportant to our overall spiritual and financial goals. For those that have read The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey, these are the petty things that reside in the second quadrant of our daily priorities.

But in order to truly be successful, you must have access to a social network that supports you in your quest to become an Enlightened Millionaire. This means that you have to get out there and start meeting people, doing favors for free for those in need. In exchange, these individuals will support you in ways that you cannot imagine, opening up doors of possibility that simply would not be there for anyone else but you.

This may mean you will have to meet and get know 101 people to find the right ones to fill up your Enlightened Millionaire Dream Team, but that’s OK. "Seek and Ye shall find."

You will learn a lot more about attracting your perfect team in later lessons. In fact you can skip ahead in the book to refer to The HOTS Survey pages 137-141 of CMC to help you form a good productive team.

  • Think about people who are harmonious with you and your spiritual and financial goals

  • Think about people with whom you love to work

  • Focus on cultivating and maintaining a positive and bountiful relationship on a free exchange of ideas and fellowship with your Dream Team. You may be exchanging money with these same individuals one day but the Enlightened Millionaire understands that in order for a personal financial relationship to prosper there must first be a successful spiritual and mental connection between individuals. We must each strive to create works of art out of our relationships with the divine and with the people around us.

  • If we are both patient and wise, if we seek out the right spiritual mentors and make enlightened choices, in right places in space and during the right places in time, we can change the world forever for the better.

    Begin Forming Your Enlightened Millionaire Team.

    1 Think of all the people you have met. Take a mental trip through your life. As you think of a person's name or image, explore the feelings you have regarding your relationship with them. What kind of reaction do you get? Do you smile? Do you suddenly feel a chill? Do you want to call them on the phone that minute?

    2 List these people that are on your warm list. Eventually, you will want to invite some of them to be on your team. Later on, you will be asked to call five of them to create a core Dream Team. These core members of your Dream Team will each have their own social networks that they rely on and these resources open up for your access as does yours to them. Right now, just list some of them to prep them to be a wondrously productive team member and help you brainstorm some of your daily activities over the next 101 days.

    3 List these people and call them.

    4 Make sure that your friendships are stable enough and that you have built up trust with them and opened your resources to them for free. Only then will you each be ready to participate in a truly productive Enlightened Millionaire Dream Team.

    5 Narrow your list down to the top ten, and then the top five who you believe will help you most initially with your planning.
