This simple concept of LIGHT turns business from a getting, greed-based activity to a giving, love-based activity. Conventional business concepts depict using people as leverage. Our Enlightened business concepts teach "loverage." That might sound like a strange new word, but the concept is revolutionary when it is applied to business. The concept is that each of us is given a special set of gifts from Higher Power. We recognize that, in the physical realm of the body, no two people look exactly alike, no two people have the same DNA, and no two people have the same thumb prints or finger prints or toe prints. Amazing when you think about it!

Even more amazing is that the Higher Power creates each of us totally individual in all our component parts, nature and expression. We each have our own way of doing things. When Higher Power gives us a talent, we can use it a little or a lot. We can become famous because of it or not. We can make lots of money from it or not. We can be happy because of it or not.

The point is we are given an abundant supply of million dollar ideas, talents and skills; but it is up to us to find which one we were meant to take to a million. Which one requires our unique set of talents, skills, and passion. See, there must be a fit or it just does not work. Just like thumb prints, there are enough ideas to go around for you to create your unique contribution to the world doing it, as Frank Sinatra sings, "My Way."

Let’s look at great singers: Did Frank have a voice which could be distinguishable from just about all other singers? Did Bing Crosby? Did Satchmo Armstrong? Did Ray Charles? Did Elvis Presley? Did the Beatles? Did Judy Garland? Does Neil Diamond? Does Tina Turner? On and on. The copycats fade from view - even it they momentarily become shining stars.
The other interesting thing is that people can be highly successful because of their special gift and not be successful in any other walk of life. That is what seems out of whack! How can you have it all, and still mess up the rest of your life? That is the endarkened model, not the enlightened one.

The second major factor to lighting up your life is discovering and using your inner wealth. It is much more important than your outer wealth. If Harvard is right that 75% of a company’s assets are intangibles, then what about a person’s assets? Are they also overwhelmingly intangible, too?

Yes, of course, they are.

The point is, how do you recognize the value of your intangible assets and how can you turn them into outer wealth? The balance sheet of your business and your life must add up to more than a bunch of numbers with a dollar sign before them. You need to see yourself as valuable in terms of what you can give. There is the key to your wealth, inner and outer.

Giving is not a new term. It is even a tax deduction! It is the basis of our great libraries, art museums, and social services in time of sudden disaster or ongoing need. When we think of giving, we generally think of the big foundations. The big names of business that often made their money with greed as a bottom line factor. So was it a balance between greed wealth and giving wealth?

What is the new balance sheet?

Giving and giving.

You run your company based on giving, fair play, honest, sharing principles and your give to others as well. But giving on the inside is just as important as giving on the outside. Even giving to yourself is a part of this. If you work 100 hours per week, even if you love your work, there has to be a lack of giving to your family, your friends, your community. Balance that giving factor also.

1 - Create a business balance sheet of inner wealth that you and your company contribute to including you, your partners, your employees, your and their families, your community - the world.

2 - Create a balance sheet of outer wealth that you and your company contribute to including you, your partners, your employees, your and their families, your community - the world.

3 - How are the two interrelated? Where is the Loverage, where is the Inner wealth and where is the Giving?
